Sorry, but this does not solve the problem in any way... After
1 more recursion the & becomes an &.

The problem is that there are elements in the XML, which are
included recursively. Eg:
<list>
<item>
<list>
<item>foo</item>
<item>bar</item>
</list>
</item>
</list>
I think, theese structures will not be resolved, when disabling
recursions, or am i wrong?
