It seems to be, that we should start creating a FAQ.
Suggested topics at the moment:

- Contributing patches
- Contributing patches for OE users ( ;-) )
- Why is PEAR separated into pear/ and php4/pear/, where to commit new stuff?
- Why differs the dir structure between pear/ and php4/pear/
- Why a flat dir structure instead of a deep?
- Can i commit experimental stuff?
