I quite like the idea of documenting PEAR stuff inside the
/phpdoc/ domain.
If it's possible to put the DocBook/XML files into the directories
of each PEAR/Package, fine.
But I'm against documenting PEAR classes _inside_ the PHP Source -
apart from API Documentation, for which we have PHPDoc.
