The <a> tag always need a closing tag, you wrote the anchors like <a name="foo" /> that at least causes Mozilla to display the package headers as links while they aren't.

Wow, I was under the impression <a> tags could be empty, spec says otherwise so I've move the anchors to be around the package name inside the <h2> tags (inside to make it XHTML 1.0 Strict)

And for some reason I currently can't see, the link to the credits page doesn't get underlined during mouse hovers with Moz.

The link underlines if it's not been visited before. Because a:visited is *after* a:hover the text-decoration: none; from that must take precendence. Have moved a:visited before a:hover.

In addition to the two changes I've said, I also removed all non-XHTML 1.0 Strict compliant markup, which included the align="center" attributes in the <table> tags, to compensate I added: margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; to the table CSS rule.
