Summary:
Implements a simple fixed record length file based db, initially designed to
be an index mechanism for a standard mbox file, but could be used for a
multitude of things. Since I'm off to the Navy on Monday, Jon Wood will be
maintaining it. The name isn't so great, so I'm open to suggestions (though
File_FixedRecordLengthDB kinda sucks).
