bugs.pear.php

Hi, I am having a go at closing some bugs, so that Martin is not all alone in his efforts ;-) Anyways I have assigned all PEAR DB related bugs to me and I plan to close them all within this week. If anyone is already working on a fix please let me know. Also it would be nice if all maintainers of packages could head on over to bugs.php.net and click through the 40 open bugs in the PEAR category and see if any of their packages are affected. Lets be nice to the users that report bugs.
