We can not move important packages now. When the web interface is
done (I have time to do like two things for it every week :-), we can
move stuff, doing it now would only result in chaos.
I think we'll move everything that's not needed by the PEAR tools.
PEAR/PEAR_Error, PEAR_Installer & co, Archive_Tar and so on will
remain. It would be nice with a "core" set of PEAR packages
eventually, kind of like a "PHP/PEAR SDK", but stuff has to mature and
stabilize first.
