The printer extension has been moved to PECL repository, changing the
bug category accordingly.

printer_list(PRINTER_NUM_LOCAL) does not return any printers. We have
successfully used this function on a Win98/PWS configuration, but fails
on Win/XP with IIS. I noted the advice in bug 14301 to install 4.3 but
still no go. Any advice would be appreciated.
