Well, I'm having a *tonne* of problems with PEAR on windows, but heres
one specific to this, I have attached a file which contains the output
when I do:
pear info PEAR
looking at the code in Command\Registry.php its this line thats causing
the problem:
$info[$key] = implode(", ", $info[$key]);
I will look a little further into that.
