Thanks! fixed that and fixed the example, too. The example simply wasn't
uptodate. I changed the addStyleDeclaration argument order so that now the
type is optional: it defaults to text/css. Sorry for any inconvenience.
the updated HTML_Page package, as usual, is here:

HTML_Page will definately be released soon, but as HTML_CSS has not been
approved yet, we'll have to see what I can do about that.
