(more old email ;-) Andrey, Did you ever get permissions from the GSL developers for the license exception for your PHP extension? Also, I see that you have a nice statistics extension in C now too. That one looks like it would be a great addition to PECL. I take that you wrote that one, so it should not suffer from the licensing problems of the GSL extension.
