I do see some missing things Stig :-) (already implemented in Common):
- BaseInstall attrib for File
- Dir element to support BaseInstall and Role attribs
- <State> inside <Release> (package development state:
'alpha','beta','stable','snapshot')
- <Changelog> stores <Release> items
- <Maintainers> stores multiple <Maintainer> items
- <Role> inside <Maintainer>
('lead','developer','contributor','helper')
