That sounds like a cool idea, but we really need to take care that the
dependecies of other packages aren't broken during the
installation. Example:
* Package XYZ (which is already installed) depends on PHP <= 4.0.3
* Package ABC depends on PHP > 4.0.3
=> During the installation of ABC, PHP 4.0.4 will be installed (at least
theoretically) and this XYZ will not work anymore. This is a bad thing
[tm] and has to be avoided.
