No, it's not an add-on for PHPUnit. It might at some point use parts
of the PHPUnit Framework to prevent code duplication.
PHPUnit_MockObjects will be a Mock Objects implementation as an add-on
for PHPUnit.
Personally, I'm +0 for adding Testing_SimpleMock.
