Now you mention it - I think yes. Great idea.
On the parser side - OK - right now there are only two parsers but
(unless I understood it wrong) isn't the work being done by
Christian Stocker / Sterling Hughes on bring more of
libxml to PHP going to lead to another SAX parser?
On the filter front thinking that could make a big difference for
handling complex documents, making it alot cleaner and hopefully
easier to work with, particularily where one filter creates another. Got
to ponder the specifics a bit but like where that's going.
Will give this thread another 24 then post a reminder with rough idea of
planned changes.
