Package Proposal: movint ext_skel_ng from php5/scripts to PEAR::PECLskel

i'm about to move the new extension skeleton generator from the PHP source tree to PEAR as a tool instalation similar to PHPdoc my current plan is to call the package PECLskel and the actual 'binary' pecl-skel ... unless someone else comes up with a better name i'm actualy not sure about the 'skel' anymore because the tool is now able to also create complete working extensions from XML source that do not need any further manual editing applied so they are actualy living bodies instead of just skeletons ... -- Hartmut Holzgraefe <hartmut@php.net>
