hhhm which tracker will be used then? It would be good if the tracker
can handle patches (uploading files) and bugs (for later purpose)
At work we use phpBugTracker and it does a great job, but it does not
have any patch tracking...
I read that someone suggest mantis (never used or saw it running)...
So I can't say anything about mantis.
But I think a already developed and stable prooven tracking system
should be used, writing another one would be reinventing the wheel...
So which tracking system would meet the criterion?
IMO the following is the criterion:
-PHP based
-patch tracker
-bug tracker
-active maintained/developed
