If nobody objects, I'm going to upload the current DTD (1.0b3) to
http://pear.php.net/dtd/package-1.0
. http://pear.php.net/dtd/ will provide a overview about the
DTD's. The
remaining question is, what should happen with the package.dtd in /pear?
Remove it? Keep it?
