That sounds good to me. Should we also do the same for the XSD? I generated
that XSD from the DTD with some translation tools and lightly edited
afterwards. Might be good to do something similar for that file too, as more
tools start supporting XSD in the future (not sure which ones do now ;-), and
assing a similar URL/URI to it.

If the DTD will have a permanent URI/URL, I would vote for removing the one in
CVS. AFAICT none of the tools we have uses that DTD (or the XSD) for validation
purposes, so it should be affect anything (unless I am missing something).
+1 for putting in on a permanent URL/URI
+1 for the removal of the DTD file from CVS
