OK... fixed that. setMimeEndcoding will always strtolower the input. As you
know, MIME types are always written lowercase... So that kills two birds
with one stone.

OK, I've implemented this. It puts the script into the header. If you wish
to add the script to the body, you can do it either as you've been doing it
till now or by passing an object that contains the script. It seems that
HTML_Javascript does something like this. However, I'm going to have to
write some patches to get it to be fully compatible with HTML_Page
(indenting, etc). I'll drop Pierre and Tal a note and see what we can do
about this.
