This is not implemented and is IMO a must-have but it will probably require
the use of sessions or of a hidden form id (something like a checksum ?). At
the moment, I think we just test on $form->submitValues() and _findValue()
to see if the element has been submitted. This brings problems when the form
is number 2+ in a wizard-like application and elements have the same name or
are checkboxes.
The best way would probably be to add a form manager to QuickForm.
