Hi
Considering JpGraph is currently a commercial product do you think it's likely the author will be willing to convert to the BSD-style license required by PEAR?

I doubt it ;-)

Hi Derick,Then why not pearify JpGraph after discussing it with its author. Reinventing the wheel just makes no sense... that's why there *is*PEAR.DerickI would really like to see this happen. However, searching the pear-dev archive for "jpgraph" http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=pear-dev&w=2&r=1&s=jpgraph&q=b results in different opinions made on license issues. Unfortunately, it seems that the author of jpgraph has not taken part in this discussion, so it may be worth to write him a mail. What do the PEAR folks think? Is there still interest in having jpgraph in PEAR? Sebastian Roebke php@sebastian-r.de
