serious CVS problems

Hi,
I am getting some awfully menacing CVS errors, here's a short list:
RCS file:
/repository/pear/PEAR_PackageFileManager/docs/PEAR_PackageFileManager/PEAR_PackageFileManager_CVS.html,v
done
assertion "*rcsnode == NULL" failed: file "commit.c", line 2055
cvs [server aborted]: received abort signal
assertion "key != NULL" failed: file "hash.c", line 312
cvs [server aborted]: received abort signal
The last is persistent whenever I try to do anything with the file named above. I thought this was a problem in tortoisecvs, but I just downloaded wincvs, and I'm getting the same error with alternate cvs executables. Could someone check into this at php.net?
