I guess because of functions like "inRange", "isSuperset" etc. you
could integrate these functions perfectly into the package Validate.
Coming up with my own Payment_IBAN (as a separate package at first) I
know it takes some time till you really feel that it might fit into
Validate. But I promise it will :-)
Have a look at Validate, talk to Pierre or me and we'll see how it
can be integrated. What do you think?
