Well, it is a very small and easy to handle system.
As we could call ~200 lines of code a "system".
And I'm sure there are many users still having problems with the
implementation of the existing cache packages.
Mostly there are (correct me if i'm wrong) just selfmade classes
which are rough ported to PEAR, without real examples and
helpfull documentation.
So even if the existing packages are good, the problem is to tell
the people how to use it without a good manual.
That's one thing I'd like to change ;)
