It definitely got more than 2 votes, can't remember exactly how many, but as
this was my first PEAR class, I got my account only after I had enough votes
for the class.
Nobody except you complained about this, and as I said, it can be used for
some purposes where it acts as a server, even if it does sequentially serve
content.
If you remove it, keep in mind that you have to remove HTTP_Server, too, as
this depends on Net_Server.
