can you remove the @ from before the include..
If the end user doesnt want error messages comming up that the have the wrong filename.. (which would be a pretty dumb/serious 'live server' cock up), they can put an @sign infront of their @Services_ExchangeRates::factory() call.
It's particually annoying having it there, as when you are developing new providers and you have a typo in you code.. you will not get any error messages..
(same goes for pear's DB :)
