Who is developer? Who isnt? How many +1 how manu -1 are valid ones? That is the point where we are now, isnt it? We need a minimal protocol for voting to work. At least until we have that 'vapor-web-thing' working. Developers vote. Non developers dont. But, non developers can express their opinion, without the plus or minus, that is my opinion. Or at least something like "I am not a developer but +1 for the package BECAUSE ...", kind of a virtual +1 with a meaning.
