Maybe I am not. So lets go through some examples:
5 x +1, 1 x -1 => not accepted ("offset" matters)
5 x +1, 0 x -1 => accepted
40 x +1, 36 x -1 => not accepted ("offset" matters)
3 x +1 => not accepted ("offset" matters)
