Well i dont thing that this is the point. I am a developer, but not one with a
PEAR account...yet. So i dont vote...yet, but i can talk a lot as i am doing :)
If I am one, it is not hard to say "as an active PEAR developer i vote +1 to
this package". And put the link if you want.
