While this is the right way IMO, I'm not so sure if the package name should
really be worked out at this stage.
It doesn't make much sense to me to discuss the package name for a few days
if the package isn't accepted at the end.
OTHO once the package is accepted it's rather unlikely that the whole
package will fail because we can't agree on a name.
