Yes, I understand that. I am not asking to exclude anyone.
If you follow the thread you see i am proposing that developers vote, non
developers dont. But the last should participate on the process expressing
their opinion on the package, and making sugestions.
If everybody can say "+1(-1) for the package" who will take care of filtering
developers from non developers?
