New bug system for pear.php.net *proposal*

Hi, I've done a quick adoption of the bug system of bugs.php.net, for pear.php.net (changes will be avaible soon). The system works in the following way: - User search for a package and get into the package home. For example: http://pear.php.net/package-info.php?package=XML_Parser - The user will see a link: "Package Bugs" (at the right of the CVS web link). - There will find the list of all bugs of the package, plus a link to report new bug or back to package home (a search system may be introduced in the future). - A bug reported for one package will email all the developers of the package (email sending has been disabled for the moment). Please play with the system at: http://pear.php.net/bugs/search.php?cmd=display&bug_type[]=XML_Parser This system would let us manage our bugs until someone code/install a better system.
