Oh, didn't know the existance of the XML_HTMLSax, what a cool package!
(maybe I missed it during my inactivity period sorry).
Well, the Pull API could be done for native expat, XML_Parser,
XML_HTMLSax, even domxml or XML_Tree. Thinking so it makes sense to
have it as a separate package. Just please try to minimize the number
of files and classes, it would help with performance and also will
make more easy to follow the package logic.
