No, this isn't the right place. If you had followed the discussion
on this list in the last weeks, you might have found out that all
new code goes to /pear, not to /php4.
Please remove the files from php4/pear/Forum and commit them to
/pear/PEAR_Forum (which is the name we had decided to use).
