I commited PEAR Forum to cvs.php.net, php4/pear/Forum, it seemed to be the right place to put it.
Stuff that needs to be done is a better skin and implementing and making PEAR components for an admin (if people want it?), user authentication and user tables, using PEAR Error and PEAR DB.
Other DB backends would be good too.
Also some things is problably broken atm, i've replaced most all occurences of phorum to forum in the code (not comments).
Any and all comments are welcome.
Thanks for the CVS account btw.
