ATM I think that this standard headers of PHP won't be sent if we
send our own HTTP Status header, so we don't have to worry about
these any longer (as far as anyone doesn't know more about that).
I also fixed some issues with the header handling of partial
downloads and If-(Not)-Modified headers, because it seems that
I've misunterstood some things the first time.
