Hi,
I would like to use XML_Util's splitQualifiedName() for the
XML_Transformer.
In order to do so the attached patch would need to be applied to
XML/Util.php.
The patch adds a new optional parameter to the method that can be used
to pass a default namespace name. If this parameter is omitted the
method behaves like it does now -- no BC break here.
Would this be okay?
