You omitted the preceeding sentence which states: "NetGeo has not been
actively maintained for _several years_, and this will probably not change
in the the foreseeable future" (italics theirs). That's what I based my
statement on.
I'll admit that it's difficult to determine from that whether updates go in
delayed or not at all but my interpretation is for the latter.
