I generally find it a good idea to mail the bugs to the list because
then maybe people see that they experienced similar problems, maybe
assist in providing a solution etc.
But having the package-name in the subject would surely be a good
thing.
Would it be possible to also send the bug-reports via private mail to
the maintainer? Just for those that don't read pear-dev (or only less
frequently).
