Also a good idea, yeah. Maybe the people on pear-dev would mostly
also subscribe to such a pear-bug-list ... but when we split pear-bug
from pear-dev that would be optional.
Afaik currently it's said that maintainers "should" subscribe to pear-
dev ... so there's a need to mail the maintainers of packages for
bugs in their packages anyways. And maybe pear-dev has already got
too much traffic for some people.

Yeah, a really cool idea Tomas. This way people using a few packages
and not actively reading a mailinglist could still get the
information relevant for them. Volunteers for implementation? :-))
