[PROPOSAL] Package 'ImageText'

Hi pearers! I'd like to propose a new package called "ImageText" which enables you to comfortably handle ttf texts in images. The package currently supports single and multiline strings, aligning and coloring per line and complete auto formating of a string in a given area. I think I'll add some more functionality in the near future. There's no documentation until now. Will follow.
