Call for Votes Image_Text (+ Image_Tools)

In reference to my proposal (http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=pear-dev&m=106565410106739&w=2) I'd like to call you for votes on the packages "Image_Text" and "Image_Tools": -------------- Image_Text -------------- Proposed name: Image_Text Proposed categorie: Image Image_Text is a package to handle texts in images more comfortable. Image_Text allows you to deal with multiline text, to manipulate color and align, add shadows and borders and the rotation of text elements. Beside of the class can determine the ideal fontsize and line fragmentation for a text to fill a given area size. There are many image operations (in my example: borders) for which you can provide practical generical code, which is not big enought to create a whole new calls for it. For this purpose Image_Tools shall get more and more static funstions. I started the base skeleton of it adding my border functionality to it.
