PHP Bug Type: Auth
Bug description: session started without check if session already exists
Description:
------------
In method start the session is automatically started without a check if a
session already exists. This leads to the notice "A session had already
been started - ignoring session_start()" when dealing with applications,
which use session_start() and set session variables prior usage of Auth.
