I'd like to say that this package is IMHO very important, as it supplies a
very easy to use interface for forking processes. It could be very easily
integrated in a driver for Net_Server, which would result in having a server
class in PEAR that could be used for various tasks like building
HTTP_Servers, Jabber Servers, etc..
