hey, did you guys disable listing of pecl packages via pear.php.net?
both "pear install sqlite" and "pear install mailparse" give
"No releases found for package 'xxxx'" errors.
pear download xxxxx
pear install xxxx.tar.gz
is the current workaround.
We need a way to either:
- show pecl packages to the pear tool
- have the pear tool try pear.php.net then pecl.php.net
The former solution is the best as the current situation
breaks existing php/pear installs.
