precisely, which is why Tools.php will be put here:
$ cvs co -d Tools Image_Tools
$ ls
Tools
$ ls Tools
Tools.php
Tools
[...]
So your structure remains as you mentioned above, with the only change that
the directory Image_Tools/ is renamed to Tools... and that won't work.
