Pear::Translation ,bug

There are two 'big' bugs on the Translation package... i have reported these bug with the bug manager of pear, i have emailed the lead programmer but i have no response since 3 weeks now... --> http://pear.php.net/bugs/search.php?cmd=display&status=Open&bug_type[]=Translation So what should i do ? That's a pity... because the release of the package is marqued as 'stable' and you can't use custom table with the package because of these bugs... I have also several ideas to improve this package, a back office to manage traductions would be, of course the first thing to do...
