Well, it should be easy for any interested party to write a rule set for BBCode. If I have time, I'll do it myself, but I think my hours would be better spent writing the documentation first. ;-) Regardless, it looks like it would be relatively easy to extract the regexes from phpBB and put them in individual Text_Wiki_Rule classes. The markup seems much the same as with Wiki in general, but more html-ish.
