How should PEPr ever grow mature then? I had no problem to test it with my proposal, if I had one. What is your problem? Feeling that your proposal doesn't get enough attention? You can always resubmit it and state the fact, that it might have been dropped in the first place because of PEPr and have people reconsider. I really don't see any problem here. Jan

On a more practical note, if he were to submit it using PEPr, he would have to wait the 1 week discussion period out when thats happened already for Text_Wiki. - Davey
